These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8999bt ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://8999bt.onl and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

8999bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an account and use the 8999bt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 8999bt for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
4. You are not, to your knowledge, suffering from a gambling addiction that makes participation in online gambling harmful to you.
5. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

8999bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all associated balances, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds.

Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must notify 8999bt immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8999bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company does not accept payments in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to additional verification checks under our know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified account holders are typically processed within 10 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as the 8999bt account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 8999bt reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

3.4 Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 8999bt account originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. The Company is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to the appropriate authorities and reserves the right to freeze an account and withhold funds pending investigation if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

8999bt offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully registered and verified account.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

• Bonuses denominated in BDT are subject to the exchange rate applicable at the time of crediting where a currency conversion is involved.

Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup — are run at the Company's discretion and are subject to separate promotional terms published at the time of each campaign.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 8999bt Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where 8999bt exercises its right to void a bet as described below. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their wager — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming.

5.2 Voiding of Bets

8999bt reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances:

• Bets placed on markets where odds were posted due to a manifest error, technical fault, or erroneous data feed.
• Bets on events subsequently determined to have been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or integrity violations.
• Bets placed by an account found to be in violation of these Terms, including accounts linked to excluded or underage players.
• Bets placed after the official result of an event was already determined (late bets).

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 8999bt Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or employ professional live dealers operating under the governance of their respective studios. The return-to-player (RTP) rates published by each provider apply to their respective titles. 8999bt does not interfere with game outcomes.

5.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI), football, kabaddi, and hockey are offered in pre-match and live in-play formats. In-play odds are updated in real time; once a bet is accepted and confirmed at a given price, that price is locked for the life of the bet regardless of subsequent odds movement.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

The 8999bt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to maintain uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses, or other defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8999bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — whether or not the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 8999bt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

8999bt uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with a legal obligation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to the 8999bt customer support team for informal resolution at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels. The Player agrees that any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose; claims brought outside this limitation period are waived.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
